Ordering and shipping

I have not received my order after a few days, despite having sent it by e-mail. What should I do?

With which service provider will my order be shipped?

We send all orders by A Mail with the Swiss Post.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The availability and expected delivery time is noted with each product. All orders of products that are directly available from stock and arrive on working days before 17:00 will be sent the same day by A-Post. As soon as the letter or parcel has been posted, you will receive a notification by e-mail. The order is usually delivered on the next working day, in exceptional cases it can take up to 2 working days.

What shipping methods do I have to choose from and what are the shipping costs?

We ship all orders with A-Post from the Swiss Post. Shipping by A-Post is free of charge for orders with a total value of CHF 50 or more

Which countries does basteldepot.ch deliver to?

We currently deliver to Switzerland and Lichtenstein. If you live outside of these two countries, please contact customer service via the Contact form or at info@basteldepot.ch to clarify the possibilities.

Can I collect my order directly from basteldepot.ch?

No, unfortunately direct collection of the products is currently not possible.

Are the orders shipped from Switzerland?

Orders at basteldepot.ch are always shipped from Switzerland. There are therefore no customs duties or similar charges for you.
