Quilling ruler / template with circles

The proportional size jumps of the individual circles are ideal for many quilling projects. Place the rolled paper strip in a circle, fix the end of the paper strip with the paper glue as soon as the spiral pops up and becomes a circle. The ruler is suitable for paper strips with a width of 3 - 9mm and measures 16 x 4.5cm. You will also need the following materials: paper/quilling strips, quilling comb, quilling pen, paper glue, an empty quilling bottle, quilling pad, paper scissors.
