The quilling pen has an insertion slot on one side. The end of the paper strip is inserted here and then rolled up. This is a quick and easy way to create beautiful, even spirals. The untwisted spirals can now be inserted into a template. This causes the coil to spring open again and adapt to the template. On the other side of the pin, the spiral can now be removed from the template using the needle. Thanks to the rubberised grip on both sides, the quilling pen is comfortable and easy to hold.
